ReelStar services are available only to Indian citizens who are 18 years of age or above and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

We may collect personal information such as name, email address, mobile number, and confirmation of age. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. ReelStar does not store card, bank, or UPI credentials.
3. Social Media Public Data
We collect only publicly available metrics from user-submitted video links, including views, likes, comments, reach, and engagement. We do not access private accounts, private data, or messages.
4. Purpose of Data Usage
Collected data is used strictly for contest participation, system score analysis, ranking, prize distribution, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Data Security
ReelStar implements reasonable security practices as mandated under Indian law to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
6. Data Sharing
User data is never sold or rented. Information may be shared only with payment partners, legal authorities when required, or for enforcement of legal rights.
7. Third-Party Platforms
ReelStar is an independent platform and is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube. Videos remain hosted on their respective platforms.
8. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data subject to contest completion and statutory requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
ReelStar shall not be liable for changes in third-party platform metrics, outages, or algorithm updates.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
